Why we Work with Horses

Horses (and all animals) have the ability to communicate with us in a unique way. Horses in particular are social, sentient animals, and model healthy relationships & boundary setting, amongst many other things. Horses feel the same feelings that we do - joy, anger, sadness & fear - and are able to teach us so much about our own emotions.

Equine Assisted Learning is the term given when we work with horses with the aim to learn or develop a range of skills, from social & emotional skills, to leadership, to self-confidence, life skills & so much more. Working with horses has been proven to provide a vast range of benefits for those suffering from anxiety or depression, experiencing relationship problems, stuck in ‘negative’ belief & behaviour patterns, or those with ADSD.

Equine Assisted Learning has quickly become a very popular & sought-after modality throughout Australia & the world, with the extensive benefits now widely acknowledged among clients of all age, from toddlers & children to adults. Whatever it is you are seeking assistance with, at Horse Print Equine Assisted Learning we are here to help you grow, learn & achieve your goals, along with our beautiful team of horses & animals.
